  • How do I know what size to order?
    In my product photos for each listing with a size option, there is a detailed size chart available for each garment. All measurements are in inches and are an accurate way to order the size you need. If you have any other questions about the fit, please send me a message and I will be happy to help you out before you place your order.
  • Is there wholesale options?
    Not at this time.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Your order will not be cancelled outside of that time frame.
  • Can I exchange my order?
    We offer exchanges at this time for defective products. You may send your item back for another size, color or style. Items returned for an exchange will incur a return shipping fee of $15.00 CAD and a new order shipping fee of $15.00 CAD. Payment for these fees will be collected at the time that your exchange is initiated.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    I cannot guarantee that I will be able to change your shipping address. Please contact me as soon as possible at thecraftwitchyeg@gmail.com if you need this changed. If your order has shipped, we cannot change this for you.
  • How do I know if my order shipped?
    You will receive a shipping conformation email with your tracking number for your order. If you have not received an email from us, please check your junk folder. If you cannot find an email in your junk folder, please reach out to us in the chat box or via email and we can look into it for you. Currently order processing times are 5-7 business days from ordering.
  • Do you ship to the USA?
    I do flat rate shipping to all states.
  • Custom and Duty Fees
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Craft Witch is not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • Returns and Exchanges
    Thank you for considering The Craft Witch for your purchase. Please note that all sales are final, but we do offer store credit or exchanges for defective items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in unworn and new condition, free of animal hair, stains, and alterations. Please review our size charts and descriptions before making a purchase to avoid any issues. Unfortunately, custom orders are excluded from our refund and exchange policy. All hair accessories are final sale for hygienic reasons. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • Shipping Fees
    At The Craft Witch, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that shipping fees can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that all shipping is calculated as a flat rate, and sometimes we may have to pay out of pocket for the difference. As a small business, we cannot eat the costs, and we do not want to increase our prices to allow for free shipping. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
  • Do you deliver Edmonton orders?
    I frequently receive requests or questions about delivering to the Edmonton area, but I am unable to do so as I now live in Drayton Valley and do not visit the city often for deliveries. However, I do occasionally bring orders to markets for pick up a few times a year. I understand that shipping costs can be inconvenient, but I am grateful for the support of those who continue to purchase from me even from a distance. I encourage customers to choose shipping as it greatly benefits and helps sustain my business. Additionally, you can stay updated on market dates for pick up options by joining my Facebook group where I will provide updates on when in-person pick-up options are available.
